No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, but we gladly offer:

Exchanges within 30 days

Or store credit if the item you want is unavailable

Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Issues or Damages 🐚

If your item arrives damaged or breaks during normal use, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right—whether that means a repair, replacement, or store credit.
